‘He spoke for more than an hour at Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport and made a chilling admission that no one could ignore.

“I travel with more doctors than any human,” Trump told the crowd. “If people get sick in the audience, they leave them alone. You know what they call them? Collateral damage.”

He didn’t stop there. Trump singled out a man in the audience before explaining how his team would respond to a nearby sick person.

“If that person right over there, he looks like s—t actually. He looks like he’s ready to have a heart attack,” he said in a clip shared on X. “They would leave him alone; I said, ‘please help him.’ They’d say, No sir we can’t leave your side.”
