Japan, looking at her entire transformation from 1853 to the present, is one of the most interesting. Singapore, maybe. Germany, Ireland; separately, Northern Ireland, sort of. Italy, Spain, Portugal, all South American countries, all interesting. CHina, India, both interesting. But no convincing examples of changing culture for the better.
