  1. I see National Geographic is now locked up tight unless you reveal your e-mail address to Disney. No thank you. I was able to read the story at the Wayback machine; no link because I doubt your commenting/blogging software permits them.

    I’m glad librarians and curators are now forewarned to take precautions, but this will have the effect of books being destroyed, including potentially the only extant editions of some works, and that chills me far more.
