Very important. More important than the sort’a-abashed tone the writer used and which has undercut his important advice. However, the situation he discussed — COVID — isn’t as important as a much more common one, daily for many people, in fact: weather forecasting. If only our weather forecasters — the real meteorologists, at least — would spend a few minutes of their carefully choreographed time discussing the errors in their forecasts!
