  1. The neuro-psychologist has it backwards: the aliens are not smart enough to create another race using our genes and theirs, hence the epidemic of autism. The aliens exceeded their level of scientific competency and made themselves sterile, now they are damaging the human genome as well as what they did to their own genome. Go to the adult drawings of aliens page on the site where there are two drawings of the real aliens. They do not look at all like the drawing above.
