But Irene wasn’t nearly as bad as it was hyped to be by the media. In fact, many intelligent analysts are afraid that if a genuinely bad storm ever follows the same track, there will be needless deaths of people who won’t evacuate because this category 1 storm was covered as though it were category 5.
