I still remember a lengthy Science (I think) review article 15-20 years ago that looked at all the arguments and research on salt, concluding that there was *no* conclusive evidence that salt posed any risk at all to ordinary people (as opposed to those known to have cardiac ailments of various kinds). Thus, I’m pretty open to a finding such as this…
