This archive enhancement turns out to be moderately embarrassing. If your searches are sorted by relevance rather than date, what comes up at the top of the list of a search for me is a discussion about whether I was a “bad trader”, one of the ultimate epithets on rec.music.gdead, i.e. whether I had stiffed someone in a tape trade. I hadn’t.
