I’ve had two, both in Spain: testicles and pig face. They’re still eaten here although they’re not as common as they were many years ago.
I’ll go with the one that’s most common in America: testicles. Second choice: grasshopper. I haven’t had any of these. Since I’ve been vegetarian+fish for over 20 years there are only four on the list I would consider.
Fugu it was, but, Stan, I’m hurt! Not exotic? I took my life into my hands (or the hands of the sushi chef…)
I’m going with fugu. That seems the least ‘exotic’ of the bunch.
